Started with a real low poly base mesh in Max, sculpted out in Zbrush, then textured in Photoshop and rendered in Marmoset.

My entry for a Game Artisans mini challenge. We were given a base model to go off of (that we couldn't alter sans UVs) but could add some 600 more tris, totaling at 1500 for everything (not including the base, but his sack is included).
